General support

For app or web support, email gmldbs9857@gmail.com and include the screen you were using, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead.

Account access

If email verification, password reset, or HKU email access fails, email from the account you can access and include your HKU email domain and the step where the issue occurred.

Safety and reports

For urgent content or safety problems, use the in-app report tools first so moderators can see the exact post, reply, or account. If you cannot use the app, email the support address with the profile, post, chat, or meetup context. Child-safety concerns are governed by the Child Safety Standards.

Public activity and meetup safety

Peerly profiles can show public posts, replies, and meetup participation so peers can understand who they are interacting with before chatting or joining plans. This accountability is part of how Peerly keeps meetups and peer contact safer.

Account deletion

Open your Peerly profile page and use Delete account, then type DELETE to confirm permanent erasure of your account and associated data. Your original profile, posts, replies, messages, uploads, and sign-in account are erased. Another person's reply or message remains, so a thread or read-only chat may show only a contentless “Deleted account” placeholder with no original text or profile link. If deletion cannot finish, the dialog stays open and it is safe to retry. If you cannot sign in, email Peerly support from an address you can access, identify the HKU account you want deleted, and never include your password. Peerly may ask you to verify account ownership before completing the request.
